  Octavio did a really good job job at explaining everything thoroughly to me. He was really nice and didn’t get frustrated when I asked a lot of questions (very appreciated considering some people might). He kept good conversation while documents were loading.   Octavio was amazing! Easiest transition and money savings EVER! He was so helpful and made sure I was aware of what I was getting with my new policy. After 8 years with GEICO I'm excited to many to come with State Farm!
